Because no real persons are depicted or involved in the creation of the content, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply. Any resemblance to an actual person is coincidental and unintended.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

When using Velour you must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Depict non-consensual acts involving real people, or content that is illegal where you or we operate.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or harm others, or promote violence or self-harm.
  • Attempt to bypass safety controls, extract system prompts, scrape the Service, or use it to train other models.
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit content, or use automated means to abuse the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.

Content removal & DMCA

If you believe content on Velour infringes your intellectual-property rights, or depicts or references you without authorization, contact us and we will act promptly. Please email dmca@av-boss.com with:

  • A description of the material and where it appears on the Service.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of your good-faith belief and, for IP claims, your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We remove verified infringing or non-consensual content and may suspend accounts responsible for it.
