Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Velour (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

Velour is an adult-oriented service intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material where you live. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. What Velour is

Velour provides AI-generated companionship — text conversation, generated images, voice messages and voice calls with fictional AI personas. All characters are fictional and AI-generated. No real people are depicted, and interactions are simulated for entertainment. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological) and does not provide real relationships with real individuals.

3. Your account

Accounts are anonymous by design: you choose a handle and password — no email, phone or real name is required. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and your one-time recovery code, which is the only way to regain access if you lose your password. We cannot recover an account without it. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share or sell access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, any content that sexualizes minors, depicts or impersonates real identifiable people, or is otherwise illegal. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material and will report violations to the relevant authorities.

5. Payments, credits & subscriptions

Paid features are offered via cryptocurrency and, where available, other payment methods. Prices are shown before purchase and charged in the stated amount. Credits and subscriptions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its personas, prompts, models, visual design and generated media are owned by or licensed to Velour. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view and enjoy content you unlock. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or use the content to train other models.

7. Your inputs

You retain responsibility for the messages you send. You grant us the license needed to process your inputs to operate the Service (including sending them to AI providers to generate responses — see our Privacy Policy). You must not submit unlawful content.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velour and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or the AUP. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
